We are excited to offer our Smile Savings Plan to our dental patients in Boonville, IN without dental coverage.  We have found that this plan is more cost-effective and beneficial for our patients. Our plan covers 100% of two cleanings, x-rays, exams, and for patients 18 and under it also includes fluoride. Those on the plan will also receive 20% off of fillings, and extractions and 10% off dentures, and crowns and other procedures that go to a lab. The plan can be taken out at any time and is good for 1 year from that date.
